I saw this cute little garden at Bed Bath & Beyond at the checkout lanes. It was only a few dollars, so I thought this would be a good thing for my daughter to do. I do not have a green thumb, so if it comes in a box, the easier the better.
You just add water to the flat discs and they expand up. They are little patches of soil.
You then put in your seeds...
and cover. Voila! Place them in sunlight and watch them grow--hopefully.
funny, i got these, too, in the bb&b checkout line last weekend. we've yet to try them out but will do this week. :)
