It is the 30th anniversary of the movie Xanadu. I loved that movie as a kid! Who wanted to be Olivia Newton John? I know I did! I loved the rollerskating and all the songs in the movie. So, in honor of the movie, I may just bake some cupcakes or some cookies for the occasion and pop in the movie late at night when everyone is in bed and sing along out loud. My kids are too young for the movie and I don't think my husband really wants to watch it. I'll ask though. ;)Enjoy...
